**Job Type and Salary:** This is a Full-time position with a salary range of $32.00 - $35.00 per hour.
**Standard Shift:** Day shift, 7am-3pm.
**Responsibilities:
- Record patient medical histories accurately.
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and side effects of medications.
- Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and compose patient charts.
**Requirements:
- Proven experience as an LPN or similar role.
- Able to undertake diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
