Duties
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing client needs and providing timely solutions.
- Support office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide assistance as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist when necessary, including managing patient records and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with phone systems and managing office communications is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
