Regional Food Service Director -We are seeking a skilled FSD to join our dedicated team at our Health Care Centers located across NJ
Qualifications
Please have the following requirements : At least 3 years in a Food Services managing role; Dining or food procurement experience in a Hospital or Nursing home setting required
Experience managing multi-facilities across several states
Must be willing to travel often
Basic understanding of computer technology, including email use
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning objectives for the designated region and ensuring facility directors comply with corporate, regional, and financial goals
The Regional Director of Dining Operations will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region
Plan and direct the operation of the assigned region
Participate in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives of the division and assigned region. Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures of the region to ensure maximum income from existing accounts
Support the development and implementation of clinical and patient service programs that meet resident needs and regulatory agency requirements
Develop and motivate effective management and clinical staff to achieve Regional, Corporate, and Facility goals and make efficient use of team members
Visit units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure regulatory and operational compliance
Resolve resident and customer satisfaction or employee-related complaints which have been elevated from Regional Directors of Operations.
