We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team. This role involves general cleaning responsibilities along with light maintenance tasks to ensure a well-kept facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene and safety.
- Conduct light maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and basic troubleshooting.
- Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Report any major maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or light maintenance preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks is a plus.
