Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Curriculum Specialist to develop, implement, and assess curriculum programs for young learners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, instructional best practices, and curriculum design tailored to early childhood education.

Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and enhance curriculum and instructional materials aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Provide professional development and training for educators to support effective instructional practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure the curriculum meets the diverse needs of students.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to improve teaching strategies and learning outcomes.
- Stay current on research and best practices in early childhood education and integrate findings into curriculum development.
- Support assessment and data-driven decision-making to enhance student learning and program effectiveness.
- Develop resources and instructional strategies that promote inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
- Cover classrooms when staff are out or breaks are needed to be given
Qualifications
- Must be a Christian active in a Bible Based Faith Community as we are a Christian School
- Staff Credential along with 40 hours required by DCF or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education with curriculum development, or instructional coaching.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education frameworks, state standards, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing professional development for educators.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology and innovative teaching methodologies into curriculum design.
