Job Description
Ensure the implementation of all supportive services agreements are met by reviewing all contracts. Implementations includes but is not limited to, reviewing supportive services and fair housing agreements, contacting various agencies for different community involvement programs and scheduling, and coordinating community meetings for tenants.

· 8-hour day shift
· Monday thru Friday
· Occasional evenings and Saturday
About the Role:
We are looking to hire a professional who is excited to take on new challenges and be an added part of Excels continued success. Our Supportive Services Coordinator plays an important role by maintaining the long-standing relationships between our staff and our tenants. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Duties:
o Review all Supportive Services Contracts
o Implement and keep in compliance all supportive services agreements per project
o Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies within various communities
o Help establish and maintain Tenant Associations in multiple properties by helping with the set up and annual re-election process
o Assist with services promised under the Rent-To-Own agreements including but not limited to.
§ First time homeowner training
§ Sale of Home
§ Provide Credit Building Tools
o Attend annul required Fair-Housing training
o Achieve RentWise Certification
o Must be willing to travel with at least one overnight trip per month. Day travel could be up to 70% of average work week.

o Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and listening
o Attention to detail with high accuracy and completeness
o Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize tasks.
o Team player, but also willing to take initiative to lead when needed
o A problem solver who looks for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
o Desire to expand your knowledge and skills and adapt to change
o Must posses a clean driving record
o Associate Degree in Human Services or two years’ experience in a related field a plus
