Job Summary
As a Simulator Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing simulator systems. This role requires expertise in electrical systems and precision assembly to meet unique customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Electrical/Assembly Work:
Install12V, 120V systems, including electronic components required for simulator operation.
Ensure fit and finish of final product meets company standards.
Coordinate with fabrication team during assembly to ensure deadlines are met.
Light modifications to OEM or fabricated components to ensure correct fitment.
Assemble OEM vehicle components on fabricated structure.
Requirements:
Experience working on trailers, particularly in electrical systems.
Knowledge of 12V, 120V, and 240V electrical systems, including HVAC and residential breaker panels.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and blueprints.
Experience with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
Familiarity with simulator or technology-based trailer installations (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy materials.
