Sales/Customer Service Associate

Excel Elite is looking for an outgoing and motivated Sales Customer Service Associate to represent our brand inside a top-tier retail location. This role involves engaging with customers face-to-face, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. As a key part of our team, you will help drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. Responsibilities:

• Engage customers inside the retail store, building rapport and identifying their needs.
• Educate customers on products and services while making personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales by confidently presenting features, benefits, and promotions.
• Assist with product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide top-tier customer service.
• Process transactions, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the retail and Excel Elite team to maximize sales opportunities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
• Confidence in presenting products and handling objections.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but we provide full training!

• Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods.
