Your Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with homeowners in storm-affected areas
- Conduct inspections and identify restoration opportunities
- Present services and help homeowners through the insurance claim process
- Present retail estimates to homeowners when applicable
- Close deals and follow through on contract execution
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and written skills
- Ability to walk, inspect roofs, and work outdoors
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to knock doors and talk to homeowners face-to-face
Awesome to Have
- Previous experience in outside sales, roofing, or storm restoration
- Customer service experience
- Canvassing or door-to-door experience
- Familiarity with the insurance claims process
- Sales-minded with a competitive drive
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English is a plus)
