What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Cost Estimator position at Excel Global Solutions?
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Management Experience - 5 years.
- 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity within construction.
- Construction/project management experience with cost estimates in new construction, renovations, and infrastructure.
- Experience utilizing RS Means.
- Working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment).
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Project is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
