Our Client Services Representatives (CSR) play a critical role interacting with our clients and providing confidence that it's just as important to us that we make a successful delivery than it is to them.
Our CSRs:
- Monitor multiple forms of communication with current and potential clients
- Enter and monitor highly detailed job orders
- Adhere to complex individualized client specifications
- Organize documents and assist in the billing process

Experience in a fast-paced dynamic call center is helpful. We are not an organization where you can hide. You will be part of a team and your team members will rely on you. If you prefer to work individually, this is not a fit for you. Collectively, our seasoned team has over thirty years of experience at Excel. They are here to train, guide, and support you along the way.
You will need to satisfactorily complete a background and drug screening. Remember that we're always at the service of our clients 24/7/365, this means flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed. This position is ON-SITE EVERYDAY to support our 24/7/365 operations. The training schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. The regular schedule will begin as early as 11:00 and stay as late as 9:00pm.
