Responsibilities:
The operator should be certified and have the
- Certification and ability to operate the following equipment, when required:
- carry deck
- 15 ton hydraulic crane
- 18 ton hydraulic crane
- 35 ton hydraulic crane
- 50 ton hydraulic crane
- 65 ton hydraulic crane
- 100 ton hydraulic
- Friction Rig
- Read and interpret load charts.
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment to facilitate the manufacturing process.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, identifying any malfunctions or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and process adjustments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuously monitor environmental conditions and practices, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and operator certification.
- Proven experience as an operator.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining various types of machinery.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow operational procedures accurately.
- Effective communication skills to work within a team and relay important information.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
