Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Site Manager with a strong background in managing maintenance job sites and expertise in mechanical, electrical, and soft craft operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in KPI management to drive operational excellence and ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and management of the maintenance job site, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure site performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations.
- Coordinate and supervise a diverse team, including mechanical, electrical, and soft craft personnel, providing training and conducting performance evaluations.
- Implement maintenance strategies that optimize resource allocation, reduce downtime, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor site performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet operational goals.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for maintenance activities and resource allocation.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on site performance, maintenance activities, and KPI results.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting team engagement and a culture of continuous improvement.
