Summary:
We are seeking an skilled and self motivated Oiler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all equipment by changing oil in pumps/blowers, greasing equipment, performing lubrication and basic maintenance tasks, and assisting with the repair of various machines and systems. This role is critical in ensuring that production equipment operates at peak performance, minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Changing oil in pumps and blowers.
- Greasing industrial equipment.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on hydraulic systems and power tools.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for various projects.
- Collaborate with service technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and service reports.
Qualifications:
- Must have some mechanical knowledge.
- Proven experience operating forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and power tools.
- Experience as an oiler/lube technician or similar role is preferred.
- Must be self motivated and capable of working alone at times.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
This position will be a Full-Time position. You will be required to work a Rolling "9" Schedule (Monday-Thursday, and every other Friday).
Pay: $25/hr
