The Carpet Cleaning Technician is the primary technician responding to requests for emergency mitigation services.

- .Use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery.
- Maintaining and monitoring equipment and vehicles
- Conducting moisture readings and assessments
- Creating and implementing drying plans
- Following best practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines
- Maintaining photographic and written documentation
- Warehouse organization and maintenance
- Applicants must be reliable, driven, and willing to be part of a team.
- Ability to work on-call schedule nights and weekends, when needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed directions.
- Ability to climb and work while on a ladder. Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds, with the ability to lift and move 75 pounds.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environment.
- Basic understanding of technology and computer skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
