We are seeking a Corporate Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function. This senior leadership position involves designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company.
Responsibilities
- Supervise human resources staff, payroll staff, and ensure legal compliance with organization's mission and talent strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and location employment laws and regulations.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees according to company policy.
- Coordinate professional development, training, and certification activities as needed.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of human resources management experience, strong supervisory, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
