- Supervise human resources staff and payroll staff, including overseeing the daily workflow of the department. ">
- Evaluate and ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategies. ">
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. ">
- Ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and location employment laws and regulations. ">
- Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy. ">
- Coordinate professional development, training, and certification activities as needed. ">
- Provide timely performance evaluations and train General Managers on HR functions. ">
- Perform other tasks assigned by senior leadership. ">
Qualifications
