We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Education Coach to join our Head Start and Early Head Start team! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality early childhood education by supporting teaching staff through classroom visits, coaching, training, and curriculum guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular onsite coaching and observations at program centers
- Support curriculum implementation and school readiness goals
- Develop and deliver engaging training for educators and home visitors
- Collaborate with staff to support children with special needs
- Monitor classroom environments and assess program quality
- Analyze education data and support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with young children
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across program sites
- Must pass all required background checks
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards
- Experience with curriculum implementation and assessment tools
- Excellent coaching, communication, and training skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with special education processes and supports

What We Need from You:
Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
