Winter Maintenance Technician / Snow Machine Operator PART TIME WORK, FULL TIME IN SPRING

Excel Management LTD is a full service construction and maintenance company.

We are currently looking for laborers for the winter season that can work at any time on call, and brings in a positive attitude into the work environment. This is for part time winter work. We will only work when it snows or there are icy conditions. When you are called in to work, you will be paid for at minimum 4 hours of work at $30 an hour. We also offer a bonus system for employee's who report FOUR times in a row with no missed events you will also recieve a $200 bonus. If you report the rest of the season with no missed events you will be eligible for a $500 bonus as well. (Please note you must show up at minimum for 6 snow events)

Responsibilites:

-Shovel or plow snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other designated areas

-Operate ride on machines and equipment for snow removal

-Clear snow from steps, entrances, and emergency exits

-Spread salt or ice-melt to prevent slip and falls

- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient completion

-Perform Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles

-Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time

-Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations if driving

· Communicate with your manager effectively

-Ability to use hand tools effectively for snow shoveling and plowing

-Experience operating power tools and equipment for efficient snow removal

-Knowledge of poper techniques for spreading salt or ice-melt
