Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and expand our market presence within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have medical device sales experience, with a strong resolve to do commit to the needs and opportunities of the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Surgical case coverage
  • Manage inventory to meet surgical demands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Clear communication with local team, as well as corporate partners
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical skills, particularly within orthopedic sales
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction at all levels.
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,944.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Medical sales: 1 year (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Salary : $81,944 - $130,000
