Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Aesthetic Injector to perform injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, and other related services, body contouring, Lasers) in a high-end aesthetic and wellness setting. This position is commission-based, offering the opportunity for motivated individuals to grow their client base and maximize earnings. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional results and an unforgettable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables with precision and care.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their individual goals.
• Maintain detailed client records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Ensure client safety and satisfaction by providing a thorough consultation and aftercare instructions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Collaborate with the practice’s medical team to ensure continuity of care and optimal client results.
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, following all safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and service goals in alignment with commission-based compensation.

Job Requirements:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), with a focus on aesthetics and injectable treatments.
• Certification in Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables is required (training from a recognized provider such as Allergan, Galderma, or Revance is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing aesthetic injectables in a clinical or spa setting (advanced injectors are highly encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced techniques for safe, effective injectables.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Aesthetic eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.
• Ability to market services and drive client retention in a commission-based environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Social media and marketing skills are plus
• Must be able to maintain a professional and calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
This position is hourly commission based, with the opportunity to earn performance bonus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
