We are in URGENT NEED of two RN's or LPN's to be responsible for two patients.
Our first patient, is an elementary school aged child attending Blueberry Hill Elementary School, in Longmeadow, MA.
He does need G-tube care, and requires a Bipap. Our nurse will care for our patient at Blueberry Elementary School.
He needs daily care Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm while at school.
Our second patient, is an individual residing in Springfield, MA, needing G-tube care, Trach, and vent at night. The daily care routine is as follows:
- Saturdays and Sundays: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Mondays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesdays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
You will also need to be willing to travel to Boston on occasion for MD appointments.
Requirements:
- Valid and active medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.
