Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy individual to join our team as an AOS Micro-Bender Machine Operator. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in the production of orthodontic appliances by operating the AOS micro-bender machine, which bends precision wire for retainers. You will use specialized software to control all bending work, with the option to sit or stand during the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the AOS micro-bender machine to bend wire for orthodontic appliances, ensuring high precision and quality.
- Use a computer and specialized software to control the bending process, making adjustments as needed.
- Load wire material into the machine, set up bending parameters, and monitor the machine’s performance.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect finished wire components for accuracy and quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using a computer, including experience working with software and a mouse.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and operate specialized machinery.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand during the bending process.
- Dexterity to handle small components and tools.
- Lifting materials up to 25 lbs.

Full training on the AOS micro-bender machine, software, and safety protocols will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Schedule and Compensation
- Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- $18.00 per hour
