WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Provide courteous, professional, and efficient assistance in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.
· Support both residential and commercial plumbing projects.
· Promote sales of services where applicable.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
· Assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of plumbing fixtures and appliances, including water heaters, toilets, faucets (kitchen and lavatory), shower valves, sump and ejector pumps, and other related plumbing systems.
· Perform minor to medium plumbing tasks such as rodding, re-piping of hot and cold potable water lines, and handling PVC, cast iron waste lines, and natural gas lines.
· Perform other tasks and duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug test and pre-employment background screen.
- Ideally, 2 years’ experience in the plumbing service industry or relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in the trade.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail -orientated, punctual, responsible, and dedicated to high quality work.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
· 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday
· Rotational on-call availability and occasional weekend work, typically once per month, as needed.
COMPENSATION:
· Starting at $25 per hour for years 0-1, with potential for increased pay based on tenure and performance.
· Opportunities for commission and additional pay for after-hours work.
