Immediate opportunity for a part-time Maintenance Tech position for an apartment community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial duties. Must have transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Experience preferred.
Background and drug screening required.
Position may require occasional overnight travel for training purposes.
Full-time, pay depending on experience.
