Duties
- Manage and oversee accounts receivable and collections
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve outstanding balances
- Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies
- Process invoices, payments, and negotiate payment arrangements as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all collections activities
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure cash flow efficiency
Experience
- 3 years of AR/collections experience (restoration/construction industry a plus!)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
