Water Restoration Team Lead

Overview
Excel Restoration Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and IICRC-certified Water Restoration Team Lead to oversee and execute water mitigation projects. If you have 4 years of experience in water damage restoration and enjoy leading a team in the field, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside team members on job sites for water mitigation projects
• Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, and structural repairs
• Operate and maintain industry-standard restoration equipment
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
• Communicate only with homeowners to explain the restoration process and answer questions
• Document work progress, moisture readings, and job details
• Train and mentor technicians to improve job efficiency and quality

Skills

• IICRC Certification is REQUIRED
• 4 years of experience in water damage restoration
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate industry-specific tools and equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to work on-call and respond to emergency situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
