We’re looking for an energetic Canvassing Manager with a never-quit mindset to launch, lead, and grow our canvassing team. Key Responsibilities
- Team Building & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated door-to-door canvassing team in the Denver Metro area.
- Lead by example in the field through ride-alongs, neighborhood visits, and real-time evaluations.
- Hold team members accountable by tracking daily/weekly KPIs and providing ongoing coaching.
- Strategic Operations:
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Executive team to develop world-class scripts, territory strategies, and appointment-setting tactics.
- Engage directly with leadership to align on big-picture strategy and drive rapid, scalable growth.
- Conduct interviews and make on-the-spot hiring decisions to build a winning team.
- Field Engagement & Customer Impact:
- Actively participate in canvassing efforts to help homeowners save money with roofing solutions.
- Uphold high ethical standards in customer service and community engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of door-to-door canvassing or sales experience; roofing industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
- Leadership & Mindset:
- A competitive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and an athletic background or mindset.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Local Expertise:
- Familiarity with the Denver Metro area or a strong willingness to learn about the local market.
- Tracking and maintaining of all canvassing permits in each jurisdiction.
- Practical Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a cell phone with data for field communications.
- Availability:
- Must be available Tuesday through Saturday with canvassing hours from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Tuesday–Friday) and 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays, plus occasional office time as needed.
