Commercial Roofer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively on various commercial projects. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on commercial buildings while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on commercial properties.
• Perform inspections to assess roof conditions and identify necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Utilize tools and equipment for roofing tasks, including heavy lifting as required.
• Apply caulking and other materials to seal roofs and prevent leaks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial roofing or related construction fields.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork on construction sites.
• A valid driver's license may be required based on job assignments.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to various project demands.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed
• Year round work

Ability to Relocate:

• Carver, MA 02330: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
