Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, engineering, or a related field, with experience in commercial roofing estimation being a plus. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to read blueprints, and excellent communication to provide accurate project estimates and proposals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing projects.
- Perform takeoffs and material quantity analysis to determine project costs.
- Develop and submit detailed bids and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather necessary data for estimates.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents.
- Monitor changes in project scope and adjust estimates accordingly.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all estimates and bids.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing materials, pricing, and industry trends
