We are seeking an experienced Technician / Foreman in Commercial Roofing to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate will take a leadership role in overseeing, coordinating, and executing roofing projects. This is a full time position that provides an opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals on diverse commercial roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Supervise and manage day-to-day roofing operations on job sites to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Roofing Installation and Repair : Perform and lead a variety of roofing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, modified bitumen).
- Team Leadership : Train, mentor, and guide crew members to perform at a high standard while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Material Management : Assist in managing inventory and ensuring all materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good working order for each project.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce OSHA safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Problem Solving : Diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues, providing solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between field crews, project managers, and clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
