Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Englewood, Colorado (In-Person)

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire | 8-Hour Shift

Excel Roofing is a 32-year industry leader in reroofing across the Denver Metro area. With a strong online presence, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand through video content, social media, recruiting, and website management.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
• Organize and promote job fairs, expos, webinars, and events to increase Excel Roofing’s brand awareness.

Video Production & Editing

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and our website for training purposes.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand messaging and quality standards.

Social Media Management

• Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain audience engagement.
• Stay up to date with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms to maximize reach.
• SEO optimization and monitoring.

Recruiting Support

• Assist with social media, job fair materials, and general recruitment efforts.

Website & WordPress Management

• Manage and update the Excel Roofing website (Elementor experience preferred).

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with the Adobe Suite for video recording and editing.
• 2 years of experience with WordPress (Elementor experience preferred).
• 1 year of experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in creating marketing materials for Company.
