What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and close deals (D2D lead generation required)
- Manage Construction Projects from ‘Cradle to Grave’ – Owning Every Step
- Build strong relationships and networks with customers, insurance adjusters, and crews
What We’re Requiring:
- Competitive and self-motivated mindset with extreme ownership of your work
- Ability to manage multiple projects while working autonomously with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights (roofs), and evenings—consulting homeowners in person when they need it
- Coachable – Willing to learn and have a growth mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Additional Skillsets:
- Sales experience– D2D Preferred; Roofing/Construction/Solar Sales a Plus!
- Extraverted and able to Nuture a large Personal Network
