What You’ll Do:
✅ Generate Leads & Close Deals (D2D lead generation required)
✅ Manage Construction Projects from ‘Cradle to Grave’ – Owning Every Step
✅ Build Strong Relationships and Networks with Customers, Insurance Adjusters and Crews
What We’re Requiring:
✔️ Competitive & Self-motivated – Extreme Ownership and Ability to Manage Multiple Projects While working autonomously with Minimal Oversight
✔️ Comfortable working Outdoors, Heights (Roofs!) and Evenings – Consulting Homeowners In-Person When They Need It
✔️ Extraverted with strong personal Network
✔️ Coachable – Willing to learn and have a growth mindset
✔️ Valid driver’s license & Reliable transportation
Additional Skills to Have:
✔️ Sales experience – D2D Preferred; Roofing/Construction/Solar Sales a Plus!
