Job Description:
The Senior HVAC Foreman provides directions and oversees a team of journeymen and apprentices to execute projects primarily on new construction for commercial spaces on time while demonstrating the company's core values.
Position Summary:
- The successful candidate will have experience as a running work being lead on a project, journeyman license certification in Kentucky, possession of a valid driver's license with a good record of driving, 6-8 years commercial HVAC installation experience, high school diploma or equivalent, comprehensive knowledge of building plans/drawings and well-versed in OSHA safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the International Mechanical Code (IMC), National Fuel and Gas Code (NFGC) and safe work practices.
- Ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment and components and follow instructions and work independently or within a team.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
