Estimator For Demolition & Excavation Company In Chicago
- Understand Scope of Work
- Develop and review detailed quantity take-offs
- Calculate labor, material costs, and time requirements
- Cost control management, materials sourcing plus costs, maintaining budgets
- Assemble bids and draft proposals
- Monitor email for updated project drawings and addenda
- Prepare and submit estimates and change orders in a detailed and timely manner
- Communicate with team and client for duration of project
- Timely follow-up on bid proposals and client queries
- Travel required to meetings and job sites
- Monitor various online bidding sites including govt. agencies for potential projects
- Minimum of 5 years estimating experience in the demolition & excavation field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $97,777.00 - $106,751.00 per year
