Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand our market presence.
• Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the plastics industry, leveraging knowledge of market trends to gain new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing training and support.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and progress toward targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, quality control, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve product offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,428.41 - $65,548.19 per year
