Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Service Technician at M.I.S. of America, Inc. based out of our Lancaster, NY office. The primary duties are to assist with chemical treatment for customers out of our Buffalo/Rochester service area. Duties include water testing and chemical additions, preparing field service reports, inventory management, troubleshooting and maintenance. Secondary duties include warehouse and shipping/receiving while providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- HVAC- Boiler or Cooling Tower Experience is a plus
- Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
- Customer Service and Maintenance abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant technical certifications or training in water treatment systems
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.52 - $27.13 per hour
