Job Summary:
Under the direction of the radiologists and supervisor, serves as patient advocate. Responsible for assessing the nursing care needs and initiating appropriate interventions for patients in the radiology department according to nursing and radiology department philosophy, goals, policies and procedures. Maintains standards of nursing care and practice. 
 
Education
 
⚬ Minimum:
 
Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
 
Preferred:
 
 
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
 
 

Registration/Certification/Licensure
:
 
 
Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, and ACLS, Act 33/73 Clearances
 
 

Experience
 
Minimum:
 
 
Two years med-surg nursing experience
 
Preferred:
 
 
Two years of critical care experience
 
 

Other Requirements

Conscious Sedation, Excellent IV skills
