Description12 / 8 hour Day / Evening RotationFull Time Day / Evening RotationReports to : Clinical Supervisor, ICUPosition Supervises : N / AJob Summary : Responsible for providing direct nursing care to assigned patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Provides intensive nursing care to acutely ill medical and / or surgical inpatients. The Registered Nurse’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performance improvement initiatives, utilization of the nursing process in the provision of care, communication skills, flexibility, quality improvement activities, and professional growth.Education⚬ Minimum : Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program⚬ Preferred : Bachelor Degree in Nursing, CCRNRegistration / Certification / Licensure : Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS within one year of hire / transfer, and Act 33 / 73 clearancesExperience⚬ Minimum : Clinical rotation through educational program.⚬Preferred : Prior med-surg experience and arrhythmia interpretation.
