The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, preparing and serving high-quality meals, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage staff, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient ordering and restocking procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, including meal preparation, serving, and storage, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• One to two years of experience in food service management or a related field;
• Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice.
Schedule Information
Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational need (rotate shifts, standby, on-call, etc.).
