Duties :
Develops Docker containerized automated regression tests in Java 21 for microservice applications in Kubernetes Cluster, leveraging statistical methods for test optimization.Enhances REST Controllers using Micronaut and Spring Boot framework to simulate various types of responses from external applications, not limited to billing data, mobile account status, or equipment, driven by real life data from the production environment.Engineers new test scenarios using TestNG framework packaged by maven build architecture for regression test suite, and configured dependencies on Redis, Kafka, and MongoDB, while reaching test coverage over 95% mark.Implements gitlab CI / CD pipelines to automatically execute daily regression suite and generate descriptive statistics reports through webex and internal reporting tools.Builds splunk monitoring dashboards using Search Processing Language (SPL) to monitor KPIs and BAU metrics, employing statistical techniques such as segmentation, text mining, and summary statistics to derive insights and optimize performance.Constructs performance metrics around integrated 3rd party technologies such as kafka, redis, and mongoDB to display trends for traffic, lags, cpu / memory utilization, and other various patterns, facilitating data-driven decision-making and system optimization.Monitors Kubernetes pod health dashboards through DataDog on the running on EC2 nodes in AWS to ensure successful delivery of speed boost to 6 million mobile usersCollaborates with cross-functional teams in pair programming, code reviews, and evaluates new technologies, conducts feasibility studies, and develops implementation strategies.Takes an active leadership role in an agile environment and prioritizing tasks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Streamlines text cluster analysis through pipelines and optimizes system performance by improving code performance runtime and monitoring metrics using statistical techniques.Utilizes advanced text analysis techniques and predictive modeling in Python to analyze WiFi customer call center data and predict call resolutions, enhancing data-driven, economic, and efficient decisions.Collaborates closely with senior management and key stakeholders to define and implement data-driven business strategies, leveraging insights derived from advanced data analytics to drive informed decision-making and achieve strategic objectives.Serves as a recognized subject matter expert in statistical modeling and predictive analytics, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and stakeholders on advanced statistical techniques and methodologies.Takes the initiative to lead innovation projects and drive the adoption of emerging technologies within the organization.Education Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Statistics field and at least 2 years of experience in the offered position or in a related Computer Systems Analyst position. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.
Specific Technical Requirements :
2 years of verifiable experience employing the following tools and technologies : Java EE, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Redis, Docker, MongoDB, Splunk.
