Who You Are :
Seeking a Java Developer with 3 years' experience who can provide java programming and problem-solve for applications and projects in the Cable and Telecom industry. This professional will participate in design discussions, code implementations, and validation support.
At the Analyst-Level, you will be expected to contribute to the development of recommendations, business knowledge and technology awareness, provide meaningful input into client deliverables / proposals, and take ownership of assigned tasks. You will conduct research, collect data, and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business solutions. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm's brand and core values.
Role and Responsibilities :
You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.
- Work on project requirements design and development, involving architectural design and implementations
- Java development skills using Java8, J2EE, Spring, JDBC, Java Beans
- Microservices development using spring boot
- Understanding of Agile development methodology, Architecture - Framework, Patterns & Best Practices, Design Patterns, Principles & Guidelines
- Coordinating with teammates to come up with an integrated and sustainable solution for the application & Data Integration
- Occasionally tasked in productizing Excelacom's work, contributing to our Center of Excellence and intermittently working on Excelacom proposals to the client.

Compensation and Benefits :
For individuals assigned to work in Colorado, Excelacom is required to include a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. However, final salaries will vary based on several factors, such as candidate's level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. An individual may be hired at the Analyst, Consultant, or Manager level for this role with each level requiring an increasing set of responsibilities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated salary range is from $50,000 to $70,000yr.
