Who You Are :
The SQL / Tableau Developer will be hands on with design and development work as well as coordination of all SDLC phases of the project.
At the Consultant-level, you will be expected to independently contribute ideas, recommendations, and solutions toward solving business challenges, construct key components of deliverables / presentations, and contribute to the development of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Marketing Collateral. You will serve as a team leader for individual work streams and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the firm's expertise, product set, and capabilities. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm's brand and core values.
Role and Responsibilities :
You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data warehouse system to support various business and technology needs
- Perform Database Analysis and Data Modeling, SQL
- Use technical knowledge to identify areas to improve and optimize ETL model
- Analyze business requirements, propose, design and implement technical solutions
- Work effectively with the DBA teams to ensure that all approved development and deployment procedures are followed
- Provide production support from development teams for existing systems, troubleshoot data and / or system issues
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
- Identify root causes and resolve data related issues
- Provide flexible solutions to complex business problems using our technology practices
- Review and optimize query performance
- In addition to delivering at the client site, you will occasionally be tasked in productizing Excelacom's work, contributing to our Center of Excellence and intermittently working on Excelacom proposals to the client.
