Infection Preventionist Responsibilities You'll Love:
- Develop and implement infection prevention policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular surveillance to identify and manage infection risks.
- Educate staff, residents, and families on infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on infection trends and prevention strategies.
What We Look For:
- Current and valid RN license in New Jersey.
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is a plus or willingness to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
