- Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to suit their needs and abilities.
- Help maintain a welcoming, positive environment in our recreation areas.
- Collaborate with the Recreation Director to develop new ideas and events.
- A friendly, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in recreational activities or working with seniors (preferred but not required).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
