Shower/Weight CNA Responsibilities You'll Love:
- Assist residents with daily activities, including showers, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Take and record resident weight, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide comfort and support during personal care routines.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Ensure proper documentation of care provided.
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment.
