Occupational Therapist Responsibilities You'll Love :

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve the functional abilities of residents.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Educate residents and staff on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress.

NOW HIRING : Occupational Therapist PRN

What We Look For :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Delaware.

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented.
