NOW HIRING :  Director of Rehabilitation

Director of Rehabilitation responsibilities Include :

  • Oversee and manage all rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
  • Lead and supervise a team of therapy professionals, ensuring the highest standard of care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and monitor progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all residents receiving therapy services.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding rehabilitation services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the rehabilitation department.
  • Participate in the facility’s quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

    • Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
  • Valid licensure as a Rehabilitation Director or equivalent in New Jersey.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation practices, therapies, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
