    • ADON Responsibilities You'll Love :

  • Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily nursing operations.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care.
  • Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
  • Participate in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct resident assessments and collaborate on care plans.
  • Address and resolve any nursing-related concerns or issues.

    • What We Look For :

  • Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
